Shipping Information for Tailor-Made Dresses
Whether you choose a standard size or give us your custom measurements, all our dresses are personally tailored for you from scratch. Because of this, shipping time and our return policy are different for these special items.
Shipping Time
Total Shipping Time is based on the time it will take to tailor your dresses + the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.
Delivery time consists of two parts.
The first part is manufacture time, from the day payment is received to the day package is finished.
Another part is shipping time. In general, the time for making a formal dress is 8-10 workdays and for making a wedding dress is 13-15 workdays. Delivery time is related to transportation.
Usually DHL is 3-8 days, EMS is 6-12 days, UPS is 3-5 days, and TNT is 3-6 days.
If your order is urgent, please choose urgent order. The manufacture time is only 6-12 days.
Formal Dresses & Wedding Dresses
It will take 13-15 working days to tailor your dresses by a professional dressmaker. It will then take about 3-8 working days for the package to travel from facilities to your destination, the exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (UPS, DHL, TNT, etc) standard.
Due to the high price of international shipping, we suggest our customers to buy everything they want in one order. That way, the per-item shipping cost will be minimised.
If you can wait a little longer, please choose the standard shipping method, it will be much cheaper than using express shipping.
Return Policy
Our Cancellation Policy If you want to refund, we need to check the dress, make sure there is no blot, smell of cigarettes and hair on the dress. Besides, the trademark is not removed and the dress is not washed. The following cases are not to refund: 1. Normal chromatic aberration 2. Size error 3. You dislike this dress or this dress is not like the one you ordered. We can guarantee 90% similarity of pictures, due to the dress is handmade in accordance with your pictures. Just like pictures drawn by a painter,it is impossible to be 100% similar. But we can ask our best tailor to make the most satisfactory dress for you with the best cloth fabric. 4. Damaged dress. service@weddinggownswholesale.com Attention: please contact our after-sale service personnel before returning your package. Please not return it to the shipping place, or we are not responsible for packet loss compensating. After confirmed by our after-sale service personnel, please write the order number on your returned package and send a package registered to us from the post office. After shipment, please give our after-sale service personnel the tracking number immediately so that we can sign for the returned package. - Order cancellation within 24 hours of payment confirmation
You will be eligible for a full refund.
- Orders cancellation within 3 days after payment confirmation
You will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 80% of the product purchase price.
- Order cancellation during processing
You will be eligible for a partial refund consisting of the full shipping cost and 70% of the product purchase price.
- Orders cancellation after READY-TO-WEAR.
You will be eligible for the full shipping cost only.
If the dress you received is inappropriate, please return it and we'll modify the size. You need to bear the returned delivery cost.
Attention: If there is something wrong with our handwork or our shipments are delayed, we'll bear any cost. If you don't like the size or style, we are pleased to modify the dress for you.
Chromatic aberration will appear due to the color of computer screen. This is normal chromatic aberration and refund can not be applied.
Every dress may have 1 inch error in the tailoring process, this is within the limits of error. Error may appear in measuring process. Please ask others to measure the size according to our sheet of dimensions and links of measurement, and then send the correct size to us.
If there is damage in your dress, we can not accept any refund. If you think it is damaged during shipment, please give us the related proof. And we are pleased to modify your dress.
